Mechanical and electrical engineering services for a 18,000 sq. ft., 2-level building to house the Alumni groups, including sports information, conference area with a food warming/serving kitchen and other support/office departments. The building includes a full elevator, and central air conditioning along with lighting, fire alarm, and communications systems design.
