Mark Vincello, PE, Owner, AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM), ACG Building Commissioning Agent (CxA), Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP)
Mark’s experience in the construction industry dates to 1974, when he worked as a carpenter on a series of building projects in downtown Boston. In addition to a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mark also holds a BA in Architecture from Syracuse University. After completing college, Mark joined one of the larger mechanical engineering firms in upstate New York, where he ultimately became a Vice President. During these years, Mark completed projects for a broad range of industrial clients including Eastman Kodak, IBM, and Xerox, as well as several area universities and hospitals. He was also the Project Manager for the survey and energy use modeling of over 6,000 state and municipal owned facilities. The study was to become the basis of the federally funded Institutional Conservation Program in New York State. This combination of hands on experience and formal education provides for practical designs that emphasize functional, cost effective and maintainable systems. Mark currently teaches the ARC 4720 Senior Project course in Architectural Engineering at Vermont Technical College in Randolph, Vermont. This course combines previous classes in architectural and building system design. Each student prepares and presents a mechanical or electrical building design and set of working drawings. Mark is affiliated with the American Institute of Architects - Associate AIA and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers, holds professional registration in Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont and a national license from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying.
Stephanie Stone has been with WV
Engineering since August 1994 and is usually the first person to greet our
clients and others as she answers incoming calls. Among other responsibilities,
she is responsible for marketing, filing, electronic document control, archives, office
organization, word processing, and initial contact with potential clients &
Lisa Eldridge has been with WV Engineering since June 2001. Her
responsibilites include, answering incoming calls, word processing, filing,
processing mail, maintaining a catalog library data base, project specifications
and maintaining office supplies.
Kristen Tandy has been with WV Engineering
since Sept. 1993. She is the Business Manager with responsibilities that include
the day-to-day maintenance of the company's finances, employee benefits package,. Kristen's
work in the area of Human Resources includes maintenance of professional
licenses, registration, personnel records and recruiting. She has a degree in
Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
Charles F. Herr, PE
Charlie joined WV Engineering in 1998. Charlie is a registered PE in the States of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Charlie is involved in power systems, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems design. He has worked on projects ranging from major school renovations to medical facilities to industrial plant additions, and has designed pump control systems for municipal water and waste facilities. These projects included close coordination with Utility Company Representatives, State and Local Officials, Architects and Contractors throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Scope of project engineering includes energy conservation, reports, system retrofits, preparation of electrical document specifications and drawings.
Joining WV Engineering in November of 2006,
Michael has specialized in CAD and Architectural Drafting. Projects such as fire
and police stations, schools and libraries are his main area of expertise,
working on both new construction and renovation projects.
Richard Parks, III, PE
After graduating from Vermont Technical College in 2006, Richard joined WV Engineering in the spring of that year. Richard is a registered PE in the State of Vermont, he has worked in a number of disciplines on the Mechanical side of WV. Richard is also a member of ASHRAE.
Galen's strengths are in the CAD drafting
area. Working primarily on the plumbing side of our operation, he has acquired
skills around many aspects of plumbing CAD drafting. Galen has been with WV
Engineering since October of 2004.
Shaun's strengths are in the CAD drafting area. Working primarily on the mechanical side of our operation. Shaun has been with WV Engineering since November 2014.
Jonathan's strengths are in the CAD drafting area. Working primarily on the electrical side of our operation. Jonathan has been with WV Engineering since January 2016.
