Senior Mechanical Engineer and Owner. Responsible for all facets of mechanical engineering design and project management from concept through project commissioning for commercial/industrial, institutional and large residential clients in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Connecticut. Each project is approached from a holistic, comprehensive standpoint, and designed with thoughtful, efficiency-based ideas. Large central HVAC systems controlled with state of the art control devices, backed by simple control sequences are a specialty.

Lisa Eldridge has been with WV Engineering since June 2001. Her responsibilites include, answering incoming calls, word processing, filing, processing mail, maintaining a catalog library data base, project specifications and maintaining office supplies.

Kristen Tandy has been with WV Engineering since Sept. 1993. She is the Business Manager with responsibilities that include the day-to-day maintenance of the company's finances, employee benefits package,. Kristen's work in the area of Human Resources includes maintenance of professional licenses, registration, personnel records and recruiting. She has a degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire. 

Charles is our Senior Electrical Engineer. Charles has been with WV Engineering since 1998 and is registered in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut and Vermont. Electrical engineering work includes building reviews, reports, code study, evaluations designs and energy studies on a variety of projects including hospital, nursing home, psychiatric, office, industrial and educational facilities. System designs include lighting, power distribution, emergency power systems, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm, controls communications, security and safety. Engineering tasks for all phases of projects from studies, through construction administration.

Joining WV Engineering in November of 2006, Michael has specialized in CAD and Architectural Drafting. Projects such as fire and police stations, schools and libraries are his main area of expertise, working on both new construction and renovation projects. 

Galen's strengths are in the CAD drafting area. Working primarily on the plumbing side of our operation, he has acquired skills around many aspects of plumbing CAD drafting. Galen has been with WV Engineering since October of 2004. 

Shaun's strengths are in the CAD drafting area. Working primarily on the electrical side of our operation. Shaun has been with WV Engineering since November 2014. 

Gil is our EIT. Working on the mechanical side of our operation. Gil has been with WV Engineering since May 2021.
